Keep sharing the recipes, we love (homemade) soup too but sometimes get a bit stuck for ideas. Favourites include roasted butternut squash with thyme and a smidge of ginger for kick; green pea and mint (the cheapest soup in the world EVER) and roasted red pepper, tomatoes and red lentils.
We'll be checking back for ideas! x
