I must say, I will be taking notes on your Tropical Tuesday for next time I go back to Maui. I’ve been there 20+ times but have tended to fall into the same old habits while there…long hike, work out, lawn chair, book, wine, wine, wine . I cannot wait to get back there and try your recommendations. I will add one here for you. The Hyatt at Ka’anapali’s restaurant called Umalu has Ahi Poke Nachos with Surfing Goat dairy’s goat cheese. If food was fashion and I was Rachael Zoe I would have to say I DIE! Soooo good!
