		<description>Hi Kathy!  To muddle means you combine ingredients at the bottom of a glass with a muddler that looks kinda like a little baseball bat.  When pressing down on fresh herbs it releases the essential oils that give the cocktail its botanical flavor. Just don&#039;t over muddle otherwise you&#039;ll have too much &quot;debris&quot; in your drink.
